Air Collar

CPI Marine Air Collars are made of urethane-coated nylon or polyester fabric. The Tubes are heat-welded, have double-taped seams and use solid PVC rope in the bolt rope strip. Attachment flaps / skirts with different rope diameters or without rope are available
Available in standard colors (gray, orange and black) with custom color options for larger quantity orders

Air Backed Foam

Outer Fabric: 40 oz/sq yd urethane-coated nylon or polyester fabric, heat welded and double taped seams, 1/2 inch diameter solid PVC extruded rope used in bolt rope attachments
Foam: 2.2 lbs/cu ft closed-cell polyethylene [PE] foam. Foam sections are cut to the finish profile shape.
Air Bladder: Designed to fill a cavity behind the polyethylene foam, allowing the collar to flex when primarily used as a bumper. Constructed with heavy-duty, wear-resistant urethane film, it features heat-welded seams and a remote topping valve accessible from outside the collar. Custom valve arrangements and configurations are also available.
